9:22
Oct 24, 2024In Catholic school I was taught Jesus said: I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life.
The Jesus I know,
my teacher, my Master,
The one whose voice
Stirs a flutter of butterflies in my belly
Ineffable joy in my heart,
A knowing that calls my name without me hearing it,
My Yeshua,
He whispers:
I know the Way, follow me.
I speak the truth
those who have ears, let them hear.
I mastered the path set forth by wisdom Herself,
Leading to healing and harmony
peace and understanding
knowledge and wisdom
fortitude
to endure the endless storms of life.
I join you in your suffering, do not fear.
Summon your demons while I wait.
They have drowned out your soul voice
creating fear, uncertainty, and doubt
Keeping your voice quiet and small,
Raging in captivity.
Your joy, beauty, and light
diminished
smoldering within the suit of armor
heavy and burdensome,
That protects you and
blinds you
from your own power.
But the Magdalene sees the unseen
And she will teach you to see with the eyes of your own heart.
We will surround you
And show you how to enter the wound.
Break down the eschar
to move through it
To unbind you from it
Allowing the remembering
And the ripening
as it obeys the words of your spell.
Your elixir, potent.
Forgiveness the emulsifier that creates the balm
that heals your wounds.
My hand, your guide,
Infused with grace
Called forth from Sophia
Enabling the alchemy.
Scab
Scar
Silence.
Repose,
Rest.
then rise, dear One.
For your faith has healed you.
